What do you think of the use we make of technology?


I think that the use of technology is very important, because it gives us the solutions for the most part of our problems that we can´t fix without it.

An example can be the cellphone, the most popular invention that ever existed. That allows us to comunicate with somebody in anyplace.


I remember that my father gave me my first cellphone when I was 10 years old, in cases that i need to used it, like in an emergency, if i need anything or talk with somebody. Then when i grow up, the cellphone had many changes that allowed not just ring and speak with another pearson, you can send massages of text, take pictures, use the aplications of bluetooth to share your contents to friends or another pearson and play games.




                                 




For that, i used the cellphone the most part of the time, i consider it one of my favourite things that i have, for giving me many services that help me to solve my problems and be connected with the digital world and society.


Honestly i tried not to use my cellphone for one week, and i felt like im in a bubble, isolated from the rest of the world and i started to used again.

Why did you choose to study Design ?

I believe that many senior students that graduated from high school don´t know what they're going to do with their lives. So I think that you have to take your time, and think about it very carefully.
First of all I didn't decide to study design in the first place, in fact my first option was to study marine biology because since I was a kid I've had an attraction for the sea and biology.
I remember having a very big aquarium that I made with my father, where we had a lot of different fish of many colours and stuff, but in the other hand I really like to draw and painting pictures of things like animals, people and many others things i like.

So in my senior year of school i didn´t have any idea what I was going to do in the future, I like biology and it's very easy for me understand science, but i wanted to develop my artistic skills too, for that I decided to take a year and think about what was the best choice for me.
I heard from many people that if I take a career like design or arts, I´ll have a miserable life, so finally I decided to study marine biology, and I liked it for a while, but I knew that I didnt´t want to leave my talent and I discovered that I just lied to my self, that my real passion was in the arts and be creative.

Finally I´ve had the courage to convince my parents that i want to study a career where i can develop my artistic skills, like graphic design and started again as a designer as it always should've been.

Pancho´s life

Francisco was born the 17th of April of 1995 in Santiago, Chile. He started his studies in Sagrados Corazones school until 3th grade, then when he was 9 years old he moved with his family to a new house in Ñuñoa and continuous his studies in Calasanz school, where he met his best friends. At the same time he started to practice swimming and was selected to compete for the swimming team of his school, although only get the second place in two opportunities, Francisco never give up and continuous to practice for 7 years.



When he was 17 years old, his parents took the desition to put him on San Ignacio school, in there he develop an interest in sciences, especially in biology, getting good grades and he participated in school proyects. Finally, he graduated in 2013 from there and worked the next year in his uncle´s restaurant meanwhile he prepared the PSU for get in to University.


Since Francisco was a child he loves the sea and everything in it, so he decided to study Marine Biology in Andrés Bello University during three years, then something happened and Francisco had a revelation of what his going to do with his life, he always like to draw and painting pictures of people he met, animals and many other things he like. So Marine Biology was not the really good way for him and that's why he decided to change of college career, prepared the PSU, again, and asist the next year to University of Chile to study graphic design this time, and be a good professional.

How safe is to give your personal information on websites such as facebook, my space and any others? What’s the limit for you?


I dont know is it very or less safe, beacuse you are not obligated to put all your information on your profile, so it is your responsability how much information you put on it. but i think that in some websites like facebook for example, your not safe with it, because its a website where many people around the world are allowed to see your information and in some cases they can see your profile, your personal information and do wrong things with it, like sending you any massages, follow and spy you, etc. Thats why i don't like it and haven't any redsociety except whatsapp and blogger until now :) and i don't know how other websites works with your personal information.

My limits are my name, my age, my sex and what do i do in my profile, that's enough for me.
